When indicating your fabric selection, please include the code on the image. You can also include a brief description (E.g. purple leopard print). Please submit one order form per collar size/width. Please note, if you are ordering more than one collar in the same size/width, feel free to submit one order but specify all fabric/design codes. 


If you wish to have your collar made with a metal buckle, please note, there is an additional charge and metal buckles are only available for 1" width at this time.
